目的：研究慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜下不同病理改变Hp感染的相关性。方法随机选取医院收治的2013年1月～2015年1月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，根据其病理分型，随机将100例A型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为A组，将100例B型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为B组，将100例C型的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，使其作为C组；同时针对不同病理分型的患者，均对其进行胃镜检查，分析胃镜下不同病理改变与Hp感染的相关性。结果经回归分析，研究组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者Hp感染程度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论胃镜检查可以作为诊断慢性萎缩性胃炎的最佳手段，胃镜下对慢性萎缩性胃炎病理改变诊断有较高价值；Hp感染是慢性萎缩性胃炎重要病因，慢性萎缩性胃炎Hp感染率较高，病理改变程度越大；综合以上因素检测慢性萎缩性胃炎，可以提高临床慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断率。
목적：연구만성위축성위염위경하불동병리개변Hp감염적상관성。방법수궤선취의원수치적2013년1월～2015년1월수치적만성위축성위염환자，근거기병리분형，수궤장100례A형만성위축성위염환자작위A조，장100례B형만성위축성위염환자작위B조，장100례C형적만성위축성위염환자，사기작위C조；동시침대불동병리분형적환자，균대기진행위경검사，분석위경하불동병리개변여Hp감염적상관성。결과경회귀분석，연구조만성위축성위염환자Hp감염정도고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론위경검사가이작위진단만성위축성위염적최가수단，위경하대만성위축성위염병리개변진단유교고개치；Hp감염시만성위축성위염중요병인，만성위축성위염Hp감염솔교고，병리개변정도월대；종합이상인소검측만성위축성위염，가이제고림상만성위축성위염진단솔。
ObjectiveTo study the correlation between Hp infection in chronic atrophic gastritis and different pathological changes in the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into 3 groups,100 patients with A type of chronic atrophic gastritis treated as A group,100 patients with B type of chronic atrophic gastritis as B group,and patients with C type of chronic atrophic gastritis were treated as C group.Results The level of Hp infection in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Gastroscopy can be used as the best means of diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis has a high value in diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis. Hp infection is an important cause of chronic atrophic gastritis. Hp infection rate is high,and the pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis.
