社会资本是现代社区实现有效治理的重要基础。本文以成都爱有戏社区文化发展中心为例，详细展示了其“三位一体”社区参与式互助体系的创建过程、体系构成以及对社区社会资本重构的贡献，指出借用公益领域中的“市场机制”来提升公益动员与资源配置的效率，是其提升社区社会资本的核心机制。此外，公益领域中“市场机制”的运用，将有利于传统公益资源的配置从“计划公益”迈向“市场公益”时代。

Social Capital is an important foundation of modern communities to achieve effective governance.This paper takes Aiyouxi Community Cultural Development Center of Chengdu as an example,explicitly illustrates the es-tablishing process,system composition of the "Trinity"community participatory mutual aid system and its con-tribution to the reconstruction of community social capital.Also,it points out that,with "market mechanism"in the field of nonprofit sector,to enhance public participation mobilization and promote the efficiency and ef-fectiveness of mutual aid resource flow is one of the keys that mutual aid system may succeed.In addition,the using of "market mechanisms"in the field of non -profit is conductive to promoting "Planing Charity"into "Market Charity".
