目的：评价团体治疗对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量影响。方法对照组、观察组各纳入患者20例，均给予阿立哌唑治疗，观察组联合团体治疗。结果治疗后，观察组与对照组SDSS评分低于治疗前、且观察组低于对照组，观察组与对照组GAS评分、SF-36评分高于治疗前、观察组高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论团体治疗有助于改善老年人大体功能、社会功能，提升患者生命质量。

목적：평개단체치료대노년정신분렬증환자생활질량영향。방법대조조、관찰조각납입환자20례，균급여아립고서치료，관찰조연합단체치료。결과치료후，관찰조여대조조SDSS평분저우치료전、차관찰조저우대조조，관찰조여대조조GAS평분、SF-36평분고우치료전、관찰조고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론단체치료유조우개선노년인대체공능、사회공능，제승환자생명질량。
Objective To evaluate the effect of group therapy on the quality of life of elderly patients with schizophrenia.MethodsThe control group,each group included 20 patients,were given aripiprazole treatment,the observation group was combined with group therapy.ResultsAfter treatment,the SDSS score of observation group and control group were lower than those prior treatment,observation group were lower than control group. The GAS score and SF-36 score were significantly higher than prior treatment in the observation group and the control group,the GAS score and SF-36 score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group therapy is helpful to improve the general function and social function of the elderly,and to improve the life quality of the patients.
