目的：调查了解四川省专科护士开展专科护理工作现状及其影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对经过四川省某专科护士培训基地培训并取得专科护士资格证书的310名专科护士进行调查。结果四川省专科护士用于临床开展专科护理工作的时间不足，平均每周用于专科护理工作的时数≤10h 者占总人数的46．80%，平均每周用于专科护理工作的时数≥40h 者仅占总人数的19．00%。影响专科护士开展专科护理工作的主要因素依次为医院管理因素、学习资源因素、医院文化因素和专科护士自身因素。结论提高管理者对医院开展专科护理工作的重视程度，搭建科学完善的专科护理工作实践平台是促进医院专科护理发展的重要举措。

Objective To investigate the present situation of specialized nurses and its influencing factors in Sichuan province Methods Totally 310 nurses who received training in a nurse specialist training base in Sichuan province and obtained certification were investigated using self-designed questionnaire. Results The working hours spent on specialized nursing is insuf-ficient with 46. 8% nurses spent no more than 10 hours per week and only 19. 00% nurses spent over 40 hours per week on spe-cialized nursing. The influencing factors were rooted in hospital administration, learning resources, hospital culture and the spe-cialized nurses themselves. Conclusion In order to promote the development of specialized nursing in hospital, the administrators should pay more attention to specialized nursing and perfect specialized nursing practice platform.
