针对冬季寒冷地区温室作物质量与产量不理想的问题,建立温室CFD模型。对冬季哈尔滨地区某温室温度分布情况做模拟分析,验证模型准确性。温室冬季无空气流通,加热源热量扩散不充分,温室内部温度分布不均匀,大部分区域不能达到植物生长的适宜温度。根据温度场的分布状况,提出利用内循环风扇来优化温室内气流组织方法,充分利用未扩散的热能,提升温室内温度,优化温度场均匀性,验证效果良好。

침대동계한랭지구온실작물질량여산량불이상적문제,건립온실CFD모형。대동계합이빈지구모온실온도분포정황주모의분석,험증모형준학성。온실동계무공기류통,가열원열량확산불충분,온실내부온도분포불균균,대부분구역불능체도식물생장적괄의온도。근거온도장적분포상황,제출이용내순배풍선래우화온실내기류조직방법,충분이용미확산적열능,제승온실내온도,우화온도장균균성,험증효과량호。
According to the quality and yield of greenhouse crops in very cold area of winter is not ideal, established the CFD model of the greenhouse. Not only simulation and analysis of the temperature distribution in a greenhouse in winter in Harbin area, but also verify the accuracy of the model. Get the conclusion that due to the greenhouse in winter without air circulation, resulting in insufficient heat source heat is diffusion, the temperature distribution in the greenhouse is not uniform, and most of the region can not reach the proper temperature. According to the distribution of temperature field, in order to make full use of the heat sources and improve the crops quality and shorten the growth time, put forward that use the internal circulation fan to raise the temperature in the greenhouse and optimize the uniformity of the temperature field, and the experiment shows good effect.
