在校大学生的创业动机决定其创业行为，也影响学校的管理策略。对6所高校的调查表明，在校大学生创业受到7种动机的影响，其影响权重依次是：素质提升（21.25%）、融入创业文化（16.61%）、增加收入（14.21%）、发挥专业特长（14.00%）、资源利用（13.30%）、提高就业质量（13.21%）和消遣娱乐（7.41%）。藉此可以归纳出在校大学生创业的主次动机，构建多元创业动机模型；在校生的创业行为具有诸多不同于社会群体的特点，如非功利性、素质提升意识鲜明、易受外部环境影响、创业资源与业务渠道狭小，等等。藉此可以提出关于高校创业教育分类指导的建议。

College students’entrepreneurial motivation elicits entrepreneurial behavior and further impacts management strategies of colleges. The investigation involving 231 students from six universities reveals seven kinds of entrepreneurial motivation, the importance of which from high to low ranks from to improve quality(21.25% ),to infuse entrepreneurial culture(16.61%), to increase income(14.21%),to excel expertise(14%),to utilize family resources(13.30%), to improve the quality of employment(13.21%)and for entertainment(7.41%)According to the results ,we could induce the major and minor motivation that influence college students’entrepreneurship to build diverse entrepreneurship motivation model. Students’pioneering work are different from social groups’in terms of behavior features ranging from none-utility, quality-oriented consciousness, under the influence of external environment and limited resources and channels etc..At last, to make further advice on categorized guidance to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
