对当前水果价格走势特点、进出口等情况进行分析。2015年1—8月，中国水果整体价格同比显著下降，不同品种间变化有所差异；后期随着秋冬水果早中熟品种逐渐大量上市，而夏季时令水果渐趋淡出，水果整体价格预计稳中有升。2015年1—7月，中国水果及其制品总出口同比缩减，鲜果出口量减价增，水果及其制品总进口显著扩大。后期由于中国出口优势水果苹果、柑橘、梨等的市场供给增加，而其他部分产区减产，水果出口有望扩大；随着国内对进口水果需求的不断增长，预计水果进口也将增加。
대당전수과개격주세특점、진출구등정황진행분석。2015년1—8월，중국수과정체개격동비현저하강，불동품충간변화유소차이；후기수착추동수과조중숙품충축점대량상시，이하계시령수과점추담출，수과정체개격예계은중유승。2015년1—7월，중국수과급기제품총출구동비축감，선과출구량감개증，수과급기제품총진구현저확대。후기유우중국출구우세수과평과、감귤、리등적시장공급증가，이기타부분산구감산，수과출구유망확대；수착국내대진구수과수구적불단증장，예계수과진구야장증가。
In this paper, the current fruit price characteristics, import and export situation were analyzed. In Jan-Aug of 2015, the whole price of fruits reduced obviously compared with the same period of last year, while the price changed differently in different varieties of fruits. With the early-mid-maturing variety of autumn and winter fruits entering into the market, it is expected that the whole fruit price will rise slightly because summer seasonal fruits are fading out the market. In Jan-Jul of 2015, the general exports of China's fruit and its products reduced year on year, as for fresh fruits, the volume reduced and the price rose, and the general imports of fruit and its products increased significantly. Looking forward to the future, due to the increasing market supply of advantage exported fruits, such as apple, orange and pear, and decreasing production of rest areas, the exports of fruits will increase; with increasing domestic demand for imported fruit, the imports of fruits will also increase.
