患者,女,50岁。四肢及臀部皮下结节3个月,无自觉症状,皮肤组织病理及肺部CT符合皮下型结节病的诊断。口服泼尼松30 mg/d,2个月后,皮疹基本消退。

환자,녀,50세。사지급둔부피하결절3개월,무자각증상,피부조직병리급폐부CT부합피하형결절병적진단。구복발니송30 mg/d,2개월후,피진기본소퇴。
A 50-years female presented with subcutaneous nodules on the limbs for 3 months. Histopatholo-gy and CT scan supported the diagnosis of subcutaneous sarcoidosis. The patient was treated with metacortan-dracin 30 mg/d and the skin rash disappeared after treatment for 2 months.
