目的：从药物关系看经方的组方原则。方法本文从小青龙汤和射干麻黄汤中单味药物之间的关系，同类药物之间的关系，以及不同类药物之间的关系阐释经方作用的机理。结果小青龙汤注重药物之间的制衡，射干麻黄汤在祛邪时不忘肺宣发肃降的生理功能。结论用方用药的时候，既要考虑到治病的需要，又要考虑到药物在发挥治疗作用的时候出现的弊端；扶正，扶正不仅仅是扶助正气，还包括恢复脏器本身的生理特性；在治病时，一方面是治疗已发病，另一方面是治疗未发病。
목적：종약물관계간경방적조방원칙。방법본문종소청룡탕화사간마황탕중단미약물지간적관계，동류약물지간적관계，이급불동류약물지간적관계천석경방작용적궤리。결과소청룡탕주중약물지간적제형，사간마황탕재거사시불망폐선발숙강적생리공능。결론용방용약적시후，기요고필도치병적수요，우요고필도약물재발휘치료작용적시후출현적폐단；부정，부정불부부시부조정기，환포괄회복장기본신적생리특성；재치병시，일방면시치료이발병，령일방면시치료미발병。
Objective Founding the rules from the relationship of herbs in classic formulas.Methods Explaining the method of classic formulas from the relationship of the single herbs,the herbs of similar function,and the herbs of different function in xiaoqinglong decoction and sheganmahuang decotion.Results In xiaoqinglong decoction,paying attention to the balance in different herbs, in sheganmahuang decotion,when dealng with the pathogenic qi,also paying attention to the physiological functions of lung in dispersion and ascent,purification and descen.Conclusion In the treatment,we should pay attention to the function of the herbs, we also have to pay attention to the side effect of the herb. Strengthening body resistance is not only strengthening body resistance,but also recovering the function of the organs. When we are dealing with the disease,at the same time,we have to pay attention to the the disease which would happen in the future.
