目的：探究中药地龙的活性成分以及药理作用。方法将临床研究和实验室分析方法进行相互结合，对地龙的活性以及药理作用进行分析。结果通过探究，主要活性成分则为蛋白质、脂类、核苷酸以及微量元素等，此药物有助于心血管以及血液循环的调节，能够降低血压，有效的抵抗癌症以及血栓等，将其自身的免疫能力提升。结论充分了解中药地龙中的活性成分以及药理作用，有助于临床合理用药，减少患者的恢复时间。

목적：탐구중약지룡적활성성분이급약리작용。방법장림상연구화실험실분석방법진행상호결합，대지룡적활성이급약리작용진행분석。결과통과탐구，주요활성성분칙위단백질、지류、핵감산이급미량원소등，차약물유조우심혈관이급혈액순배적조절，능구강저혈압，유효적저항암증이급혈전등，장기자신적면역능력제승。결론충분료해중약지룡중적활성성분이급약리작용，유조우림상합리용약，감소환자적회복시간。
Objective To explore traditional chinese medicine active ingredients and pharmacological effects of earthworm.Methods Clinical studies and laboratory analysis methods were combined with each other,the earthworm activity and pharmacological effects were analyzed.ResultsThe main active ingredients were protein,lipid,nucleotide and trace elements. The drug was helpful to the regulation of cardiovascular and blood circulation, could reduce blood pressure,effective resistance to cancer and thrombosis,etc.ConclusionFul understanding of traditional chinese medicine earthworm active ingredients and pharmacological effects,there is help for clinical rational drug use,reduce the patient's recovery time.
