目的：分析探讨解毒涤痰汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年1月～2014年12月治疗的52例病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤患儿作为观察对象，通过随机数表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各26例。对照组患者应用传统治疗方式，治疗组在此基础上加用解毒涤痰汤予以干预，对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；心肌损伤ST-TS的改善情况优于对照组，差异同样具有统计学意义；两组均未发生不良反应，不具有统计学意义。结论对于病毒性心肌炎心肌损伤患儿在传统治疗基础上加用解毒涤痰汤的效果好，安全性高。
목적：분석탐토해독조담탕치료소인병독성심기염심기손상림상료효。방법선택아원2013년1월～2014년12월치료적52례병독성심기염심기손상환인작위관찰대상，통과수궤수표법장기분위치료조화대조조각26례。대조조환자응용전통치료방식，치료조재차기출상가용해독조담탕여이간예，대비량조환인적림상치료효과。결과치료조적총유효솔고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；심기손상ST-TS적개선정황우우대조조，차이동양구유통계학의의；량조균미발생불량반응，불구유통계학의의。결론대우병독성심기염심기손상환인재전통치료기출상가용해독조담탕적효과호，안전성고。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of jiedudiaotan decoction in the treatment of viral myocarditis children with myocardial injury.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,52 cases of myocardial injury in children with viral myocarditis as research object,through the random indicator method divided into treatment group and the control group(n=26),control group patients using traditional treatment,jiedudiaotan decoction group were used jiedudiaotan decoction on the basis of control group,comparison of two groups of children with clinical therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05),improve myocardial injury of ST-TS due to the control group,also had a significant difference,in the two groups were not adverse reactions,not statisticaly significant.Conclusion The myocardial injury in children with viral myocarditis on the basis of conventional treatment combined with detoxification polyester phlegm soup effect is good,high safety.
