目的::检测皮肤鳞癌组织中Axin1和Cyclin D1 mRNA的表达,探讨其与皮肤鳞癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用实时定量PCR方法检测40例皮肤鳞癌和癌旁组织及40例正常人皮肤中Axin1和Cyclin D1 mRNA 的表达水平。结果:皮肤鳞癌组织中Axin1 mRNA表达<癌旁组织<正常皮肤组织,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。皮肤鳞癌组织中Cyclin D1 mRNA表达>癌旁组织>正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。皮损病理分化越差,Cyclin D1 mRNA表达量越高,Axin1 mRNA水平在皮肤鳞癌的病理分级中表达差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论: Cyclin D1和Axin1可能在皮肤鳞癌的发生发展中起一定的作用,尤其是Cyclin D1与肿瘤分化程度相关。

목적::검측피부린암조직중Axin1화Cyclin D1 mRNA적표체,탐토기여피부린암발생발전적관계。방법:채용실시정량PCR방법검측40례피부린암화암방조직급40례정상인피부중Axin1화Cyclin D1 mRNA 적표체수평。결과:피부린암조직중Axin1 mRNA표체<암방조직<정상피부조직,차이구유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。피부린암조직중Cyclin D1 mRNA표체>암방조직>정상조직,차이구유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。피손병리분화월차,Cyclin D1 mRNA표체량월고,Axin1 mRNA수평재피부린암적병리분급중표체차이무통계학의의(균P>0.05)。결론: Cyclin D1화Axin1가능재피부린암적발생발전중기일정적작용,우기시Cyclin D1여종류분화정도상관。
Objective: To detect the expressions of Axin1 and Cyclin D1 mRNA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma ( CSCC) in order to determine the relationship with the development of CSCC. Methods: The levels of Axin1 and Cyclin D1 mRNA in 40 samples of CSCC, adjacent skin of the CSCC lesions and 40 nor-mal control skin samples were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( PCR) . Results:The level of Axin1 mRNA in lesions, adjacent skin and normal skin was reduced in a declined order, with sig-nificant differences (P<0.05) and the level of Cyclin D1 mRNA was increased in turn (P<0.05). The less differentiated the CSCC was, the higher level of Cyclin D1 mRNA among different pathological grades ( P<0.05) , but there was no significant difference in the level of Axin1 mRNA among different pathological grades ( P>0.05) . Conclusion: Axin1 and Cyclin D1 in CSCC may play an important role in the development of CSCC, especially Cyclin D1.
