采用单因素试验,研究了超临界 CO2流体萃取美商陆籽油的萃取时间、投料量、萃取压力及萃取温度对美商陆籽油萃取率的影响。试验表明,最佳萃取时间为4 h;最佳投料量为200 g;最佳萃取压力为25 MPa;最佳萃取温度为45℃。索氏提取籽油测得萃取率为12.93%。气相色谱分析共测出脂肪酸成分7种,饱和脂肪酸相对质量分数为13.85%。不饱和脂肪酸相对质量分数为85.79%,其中油酸的质量分数为46.34%,亚油酸的为36.56%。高效液相色谱分析测得维生素 A 的含量为0.369 mg/100 g,维生素 E 的总含量为22.0 mg/100 g。

Phytolacca Americana L.see d oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction in the paper. The experiment indicated that the various factors had effect on the extraction efficiency of Phytolacca Americana L. seed oil,and operative time,inventory,pressure and temperature could be affected.the result showed that the opti-mum conditions were extraction time of 4 h,the inventory of 200 g,the extraction pressure of 25 MPa,and the ex-traction temperature of 45 ℃.The extraction efficiency of the Soxhlet extraction was 12.93%.Gas chromatography analysis revealed there were 7 categories of fatty acid including saturated fatty acid (13.85%)and unsaturated fatty acid (85.79%).Especially the cis -9 -oleic acid (46.34%)and linoleic acid (36.56%)were significant ex-pressed in quantity.The content of vitamin A was 0.369 mg/100 g and vitamin E was 22.0 mg/100 g by the high performance liquid chromatography.
