银屑病是一种免疫介导的慢性炎症性疾病.一些研究表明,Th17的相关细胞因子在银屑病的发病中起关键作用.随着银屑病免疫发病机制研究的不断进展,靶向Th17途径的新型生物制剂,包括白细胞介素17拮抗剂、白细胞介素17受体拮抗剂、白细胞介素23p19拮抗剂和白细胞介素12/23p40拮抗剂,为银屑病的治疗带来了新的前景.研究显示,新型生物靶向药物尽管疗效显著,但也存在不良反应,因此,需深入研究其临床疗效、安全性和耐受性,以便更好地指导临床合理用药.

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease.Some studies have indicated that T helper type 17 (Th17) cell-related cytokines play a key role in the development of psoriasis.With further insight into the immunopathogenesis of psoriasis,new biological agents targeting the Th17 cell pathway,including interleukin (IL)-17 antagonists,IL-17 receptor antagonists,IL-23p19 antagonists and IL-12/23p40 antagonists,have brought new prospects for the treatment of psoriasis.Studies have shown that these new biological targeted drugs extert marked therapeutic effects,but they also have adverse effects.Thus,further studies are needed to evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and tolerability of these targeted drugs,so as to offer a better guide to their rational administration in clinical practice.
