目的::探讨腮腺腺淋巴瘤的声像图表现与病理组织学的关系。方法:对80例腮腺腺淋巴瘤患者于术前进行超声检查,并研究其病理组织特点。结果:病理组织学以上皮组织为主型26个病灶,声像图表现为肿块体积相对较大,内见不规则暗区,呈囊实混合性回声;以上皮组织和淋巴组织混合型59个病灶,声像图表现为类圆形或椭圆形团块,内可见多条线状回声分隔带,呈蜂窝状;以淋巴样组织为主型27个病灶,声像图表现为团块回声似肿大淋巴结回声。团块内多无点状钙化强回声且血流信号较丰富。结论:彩色多普勒声像图表现及病理组织学特征有助于诊断腮腺腺淋巴瘤。
目的::探討腮腺腺淋巴瘤的聲像圖錶現與病理組織學的關繫。方法:對80例腮腺腺淋巴瘤患者于術前進行超聲檢查,併研究其病理組織特點。結果:病理組織學以上皮組織為主型26箇病竈,聲像圖錶現為腫塊體積相對較大,內見不規則暗區,呈囊實混閤性迴聲;以上皮組織和淋巴組織混閤型59箇病竈,聲像圖錶現為類圓形或橢圓形糰塊,內可見多條線狀迴聲分隔帶,呈蜂窩狀;以淋巴樣組織為主型27箇病竈,聲像圖錶現為糰塊迴聲似腫大淋巴結迴聲。糰塊內多無點狀鈣化彊迴聲且血流信號較豐富。結論:綵色多普勒聲像圖錶現及病理組織學特徵有助于診斷腮腺腺淋巴瘤。
목적::탐토시선선림파류적성상도표현여병리조직학적관계。방법:대80례시선선림파류환자우술전진행초성검사,병연구기병리조직특점。결과:병리조직학이상피조직위주형26개병조,성상도표현위종괴체적상대교대,내견불규칙암구,정낭실혼합성회성;이상피조직화림파조직혼합형59개병조,성상도표현위류원형혹타원형단괴,내가견다조선상회성분격대,정봉와상;이림파양조직위주형27개병조,성상도표현위단괴회성사종대림파결회성。단괴내다무점상개화강회성차혈류신호교봉부。결론:채색다보륵성상도표현급병리조직학특정유조우진단시선선림파류。
Objective The aim of the study was to define ultrasonograph features of parotid gland adenolymphoma and to explore the relationship between ultrasonograph and histopathology. Method Ultrasonography was perfomed in 80 patients with parotid gland adenolymphoma and histopathology was analysed.Result The major content was epithelial tissue in 26 cases and ultrasonographic features show the masses of relatively large volum and mixed echo,within irregular dark areas.The major content was mixed type of epithelial tissue and lymphatic tissue in 59 cases and ultrasonographic features were the interal echo of the tumor were extremely low with either net-like or grate-like structures.The major content was lymphatic tissue in 27 cases and the ultrasonographic features were swollen lymph nodes. There is no strong calcification of the echo and biood fiow signal is richer in the tumor.Conclusion Ultrasonograph feature of parotid gland adenolymphoma and its histopathology are facilited to diagnosed this disease.
