建立钛-钢复合管板与普通碳钢管板模型,运用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,分别考察两种模型在管壳程设计压力、设计温度和设计压力设计温度共同作用3种工况下,管板的机械应力、热应力和总应力的分布情况,并进一步对比分析得出钛-钢复合管板的应力分布特点。结果显示,与相同管板厚度的普通碳钢管板相比,复合管板机械应力增大、热应力减小、总应力增加。相同基层厚度条件下,增加复层厚度,机械应力下降、热应力增加、总应力减小。3种工况下,复合管板基层与复层结合处均出现应力集中现象,分析结果为复合管板的设计提供了参考。

건립태-강복합관판여보통탄강관판모형,운용유한원분석연건 ANSYS,분별고찰량충모형재관각정설계압력、설계온도화설계압력설계온도공동작용3충공황하,관판적궤계응력、열응력화총응력적분포정황,병진일보대비분석득출태-강복합관판적응력분포특점。결과현시,여상동관판후도적보통탄강관판상비,복합관판궤계응력증대、열응력감소、총응력증가。상동기층후도조건하,증가복층후도,궤계응력하강、열응력증가、총응력감소。3충공황하,복합관판기층여복층결합처균출현응력집중현상,분석결과위복합관판적설계제공료삼고。
The models of TA clad steel tube sheet and ordinary carbon steel tube sheet were established, and finite element analysis software ANSYS was used.Under conditions of design pressure,design temper-ature,design pressure and temperature interacted with each other,the distribution of mechanical stress, thermal stress and total stress of the two tube sheets were investigated,respectively.Through comparison and analysis,the stress distribution characteristics of TA clad steel tube sheet were obtained.Results show:compared to ordinary carbon steel tube sheet,the mechanical stress and total stress of clad steel tube sheet increase,but the thermal stress decreases when the thicknesses of them are same.Under the same thickness of base layer,with the increase of clad layer,the mechanical stress and total stress of clad steel tube sheet decrease;yet,the thermal stress increases.The connection of basic layer and clad layer all presents stress concentration under the three conditions.The results provide references for design of clad steel tube sheet.
