采用60 Co -γ射线辐照技术处理赤霉病小麦,结果表明:此技术可以降解赤霉病小麦中一定量的DON,降解率随辐照剂量的增加而逐渐升高。当辐照达到安全剂量10 kGy 时,赤霉病小麦籽粒中 DON 的降解率超过20%,若不结合其他小麦加工工艺,该技术可将 DON 含量低于1.25 mg/kg 的赤霉病小麦降低到安全范围之内(DON 含量≤1 mg/kg);小麦的物理形态、籽粒含水量及赤霉病感染程度对 DON 的辐照降解无显著影响(P >0.05);此外,赤霉病麦粒经水浸泡后再辐照可以在很大程度上促进 DON 的降解,在安全剂量10 kGy时降解率最高可达到55.76%。

The 60 Co -γirradiation technology was applied to treat scabbed wheat in this research,and results indicated that 60 Co -γirradiation degraded DON in scabbed wheat,and degradation rate rised with the increasing of irradiation dose.The degradation rate of DON exceeded 20% when the irradiation dose reached 10 kGy safe does. Without the combination of other wheat processing technologies,the irradiation technology detoxified the scabbed wheat with DON content below 1.25 mg/kg to a safe range (DON≤1 mg/kg).Sample's state,the moisture content of sample grains and the infection levels of samples had no significant effect on degradation rate of DON(P >0.05). Besides,the irradiated degradation rate of DON in the scabbed wheat greatly improved after being soaked in water and the highest degradation rate reached 55.76% when the irradiation dose was 10 kGy.
