目的：探讨对糖尿病患者进行诊疗的过程中，分析糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）以及空腹血糖（FPG）检测的临床应用价值。方法选择该院2013年7月—2015年7月糖尿病患者100例，将其设为A1组（观察组）；同期选择健康体检人员100名作为A2组（对照组）；针对A1组与A2组研究对象的HbA1c水平以及FPG水平进行检测。最终比较在检测结果方面表现出的差异。结果所有研究对象完成临床检测后发现，在HbA1c水平以及FPG水平两方面，A1组明显高于A2组研究对象（P<0.05）；研究对象HbA1c水平同FPG水平之间表现出正相关的关系。结论针对糖尿病患者在实施临床诊断与治疗的过程中，HbA1c以及FPG属于至关重要的两项指标，其对于患者疾病的诊断可以发挥显著的价值，能够有效确保糖尿病患者获得早期治疗，最终显著将糖尿病患者的生活质量进行改善。
목적：탐토대당뇨병환자진행진료적과정중，분석당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）이급공복혈당（FPG）검측적림상응용개치。방법선택해원2013년7월—2015년7월당뇨병환자100례，장기설위A1조（관찰조）；동기선택건강체검인원100명작위A2조（대조조）；침대A1조여A2조연구대상적HbA1c수평이급FPG수평진행검측。최종비교재검측결과방면표현출적차이。결과소유연구대상완성림상검측후발현，재HbA1c수평이급FPG수평량방면，A1조명현고우A2조연구대상（P<0.05）；연구대상HbA1c수평동FPG수평지간표현출정상관적관계。결론침대당뇨병환자재실시림상진단여치료적과정중，HbA1c이급FPG속우지관중요적량항지표，기대우환자질병적진단가이발휘현저적개치，능구유효학보당뇨병환자획득조기치료，최종현저장당뇨병환자적생활질량진행개선。
Objective To study on diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in the process, analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) to detect the clinical application value. Methods From July 2013 to July 2015, 100 patients with diabetes, it is set to A1 group (observation group);At the same time choose healthy physical examination personnel 100 cases as A2 group (control group); Study of A1 and A2 group HbA1c level and FPG level detection of ob-jects. Final comparison in the test results show the differences. Results All subjects completed clinical inspection and found that both in HbA1c level and the levels of FPG, A1 group is significantly higher than A2 groups (P<0.05);The research ob-ject with HbA1c level showed a positive correlation relationship between levels of FPG. Conclusion For patients with dia-betes in the process of implementation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment, HbA1c and FPG belongs to the two indicators of vital, its diagnosis for patients with disease can play a significant value, can effectively ensure the diabetes patients to get early treatment, eventually will be to improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes significantly.
