This article discussed social work practice by analyzing“3+X”work pattern on how to deliver professional social work services for services users proposed by a comprehensive tertiary grade A hospital. Meanwhile, challenges and opportunities were also studied and some feasible suggestions were summarized for the future development of localized social work in health care hospitals.
