目的:对急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者氧化应激水平的变化进行分析和探讨。方法收集该院2013年1月—2014年1月期间的糖尿病患者以及同期的健康体检者一共200例,其中单纯糖尿病患者50例,糖尿病慢性并发症患者50例,急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者50例,健康体检者50名。然后对各组患者的总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)以及丙二醛(MDA)的具体数值,并对各组之间的数值进行比较和分析。结果①与健康对照组比较,单纯糖尿病组、糖尿病慢性并发症组以及急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒组患者的T-SOD和T-AOC明显降低,MDA含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);②糖尿病慢性并发症组患者的T-SOD和T-AOC明显低于单纯糖尿病组,MDA含量明显高于单纯糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);③急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒组患者的T-SOD和T-AOC明显低于单纯糖尿病组和糖尿病慢性并发症组,MDA含量明显高于单纯糖尿病组和糖尿病慢性并发症组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的氧化应激水平明显高于单纯糖尿病患者以及糖尿病慢性并发症患者。

목적:대급진당뇨병동증산중독환자양화응격수평적변화진행분석화탐토。방법수집해원2013년1월—2014년1월기간적당뇨병환자이급동기적건강체검자일공200례,기중단순당뇨병환자50례,당뇨병만성병발증환자50례,급진당뇨병동증산중독환자50례,건강체검자50명。연후대각조환자적총항양화력(T-AOC)、총초양화물기화매(T-SOD)이급병이철(MDA)적구체수치,병대각조지간적수치진행비교화분석。결과①여건강대조조비교,단순당뇨병조、당뇨병만성병발증조이급급진당뇨병동증산중독조환자적T-SOD화T-AOC명현강저,MDA함량명현승고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01);②당뇨병만성병발증조환자적T-SOD화T-AOC명현저우단순당뇨병조,MDA함량명현고우단순당뇨병조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01);③급진당뇨병동증산중독조환자적T-SOD화T-AOC명현저우단순당뇨병조화당뇨병만성병발증조,MDA함량명현고우단순당뇨병조화당뇨병만성병발증조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론급진당뇨병동증산중독환자적양화응격수평명현고우단순당뇨병환자이급당뇨병만성병발증환자。
Objective To change on the level of oxidative stress in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis emergency were ana-lyzed and discussed. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to 2014 January period of diabetic patients and the same period in healthy subjects a total of 200 cases, including 50 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus simple. Results ①Compared with the healthy control group, simple diabetic group, diabetic group with chronic complications and emergency diabetic ketoacidosis patients of SOD and T-AOC decreased significantly, MDA content increased significantly, with signifi-cant statistical difference (P<0.01).①The T-SOD and T-AOC in the patients with chronic complications of diabetes were significantly lower than those of the simple diabetes group, and the MDA content was significantly higher than that in the simple diabetes group (P<0.01). ③Diabetic ketoacidosis in patients with emergency of SOD and T-AOC was significantly lower than that of simple diabetes group and chronic complications of diabetes mellitus group, MDA content was signifi-cantly higher than that of simple diabetes group and chronic complications of diabetes group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Specific results are shown in table 1. Conclusion Levels of oxidative stress in emergency patients with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) was significantly higher than that in diabetic patients and chronic complications of diabetes mellitus patients.
