目的：观察并分析综合疗法治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法从该院2014年所治疗的高血压病合并糖尿病患者中随机抽取80例作为研究对象。采用降压和降低糖治疗并饮食控制和运动疗法在内的个体化综合治疗措施，观察治疗前后血压、血糖和血脂变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果患者进行既定的综合方案治疗后，两组患者舒张压、收缩压、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、LDL-C等均低于治疗前（P<0.05），而HDL-C高于治疗前（P<0.05）；显效68例，有效10例，无效2例，总有效率达97.50%；不良反应发生率仅为10%。结论高血压合并糖尿病是出现心血管疾病甚或病死的主要原因，应尽早制定并采取体化综合治疗方案和措施，有效预防并发症的出现，获得较为满意的疗效。
목적：관찰병분석종합요법치료고혈압합병당뇨병환자적효과。방법종해원2014년소치료적고혈압병합병당뇨병환자중수궤추취80례작위연구대상。채용강압화강저당치료병음식공제화운동요법재내적개체화종합치료조시，관찰치료전후혈압、혈당화혈지변화이급불량반응발생정황。결과환자진행기정적종합방안치료후，량조환자서장압、수축압、공복혈당、감유삼지、총담고순、LDL-C등균저우치료전（P<0.05），이HDL-C고우치료전（P<0.05）；현효68례，유효10례，무효2례，총유효솔체97.50%；불량반응발생솔부위10%。결론고혈압합병당뇨병시출현심혈관질병심혹병사적주요원인，응진조제정병채취체화종합치료방안화조시，유효예방병발증적출현，획득교위만의적료효。
Objective To observe and analyze the comprehensive treatment effects in patients with hypertension and dia-betes. Methods Individualized comprehensive treatment method for random selection in our hospital in 2014 treated 80 cases of hypertension and diabetes patients in this study, the use of antihypertensive treatment and reducing sugar and diet control and exercise therapy, including, before and after treatment of blood pressure, blood sugar and lipid changes and ad-verse events. Results In patients with established comprehensive program of treatment, both groups diastolic, systolic blood pressure, fasting glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL-C were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), while HDL-C higher than before treatment (P<0.05). Effective in 68 cases, effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 2 cases the total effective rate of 97.50%. Adverse reaction rate was 10%. Conclusion hypertension and diabetes is cardiovascular disease or even the main reason died, the body should develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs and measures to effectively prevent complications, get more satisfactory results as soon as possible.
