针对工程车辆动力换挡特性客观评价的问题,提出一种新的换挡评价方法。通过对工程车辆换挡性能的探讨并依据用户对换挡特性的评价习惯,设定了6个适用于灰色理论分析的换挡性能影响因子。采用灰色关联分析法和层次分析法建立各影响因子与整车动力性、经济性、传动系统寿命和换挡舒适性的映射关系以及各换挡性能与整车换挡性能间的映射关系。台架试验结果表明,该评价方法有效。

In view of the objective evaluation of power shift characteristics method of engineering vehicle, this paper proposes a new shifting characteristics evaluation method. Totally 6 shifting performance factors suitable with Grey Theory are set up after shifting performance of engineering vehicle is investigated and based on the customer’s habit of evaluation of vehicle shifting characteristics. Mapping between all the factors of influence with vehicle power performance, fuel economy characteristic, driveline life and shift comfort, as well as the mapping between all shifting performances and vehicle shifting performance are established with the Grey Relational Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Validity of this evaluation method is verified by bench test.
