目的：探讨康复训练联合针刺综合干预对脑卒中后认知功能障碍疗效并观察对患者神经功能缺损和日常生活活动（ ADL）能力的作用。方法100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组50例，所有的患者用常规药物治疗，对照组采用康复训练，治疗组加用针刺干预。分别与治疗前24 h及治疗后1个月采用洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表（ LOTCA）、神经功能缺损程度量表（ NDS）及Barthel指数（ BI）进行评定。结果治疗组治疗后认知功能LOTCA评分、NDS、BI评分均有改善，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论康复训练联合针刺综合干预能改善脑卒中患者认知能力，促进患者神经功能康复，提高ADL能力。
목적：탐토강복훈련연합침자종합간예대뇌졸중후인지공능장애료효병관찰대환자신경공능결손화일상생활활동（ ADL）능력적작용。방법100례환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조50례，소유적환자용상규약물치료，대조조채용강복훈련，치료조가용침자간예。분별여치료전24 h급치료후1개월채용락문사돈작업요법인지평정량표（ LOTCA）、신경공능결손정도량표（ NDS）급Barthel지수（ BI）진행평정。결과치료조치료후인지공능LOTCA평분、NDS、BI평분균유개선，여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론강복훈련연합침자종합간예능개선뇌졸중환자인지능력，촉진환자신경공능강복，제고ADL능력。
objective To discuss the efficacy of rehabilitation training and acupuncture in synthetic intervention on the post-stroke cognitive dysfunction, and to observe the effects of patients ’ neurological function deficits and activities of daily living ( ADL) .Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with 40 case in each.All the pa-tients received routine therapy of drug, control group used rehabilitation training while treatment group added acupuncture treatment. To assess the patients using Loewenstein ocpcuational therapy cognitive assessment ( LOTCA ) , neurological function deficit score (NDS)and Barthel Index (BI) respectively 24h before treatment and one month after treatment.Results After treatment, the scores of cognitive function LOTCA、NDS and BI of treatment group had improvement, and the differences were statistically significant com-pared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion synthetic intervention of rehabilitation training and acupuncture can improve cogni-tive ability of stroke patients, promote the rehabilitation of neurological function and improve ADL performance of the patients.
