针对某乘用车出现的怠速低频噪声现象进行了分析,确定该低频噪声是由燃油压力脉动导致的。对该乘用车的燃油系统进行了一维仿真分析,研究了不同容积的外置缓冲器和不同材料的连接管路对燃油压力脉动的影响,并设计了外置缓冲器与连接管路的优化方案。噪声测试结果表明,选用优化后的橡胶管与外置缓冲器可不同程度地降低车内噪声1.3~3.2 dB(A)。
針對某乘用車齣現的怠速低頻譟聲現象進行瞭分析,確定該低頻譟聲是由燃油壓力脈動導緻的。對該乘用車的燃油繫統進行瞭一維倣真分析,研究瞭不同容積的外置緩遲器和不同材料的連接管路對燃油壓力脈動的影響,併設計瞭外置緩遲器與連接管路的優化方案。譟聲測試結果錶明,選用優化後的橡膠管與外置緩遲器可不同程度地降低車內譟聲1.3~3.2 dB(A)。

Analysis is made to a passenger car with low frequency noise at idle speed, it is found that this low-frequency noise is caused by fuel pressure pulsation. 1D simulation is made to fuel system of this passenger car, and the effect of externally-mounted dampers with different volume and connecting line with different materials on fuel pressure pulsation is studied, and an optimization solution for externally-mounted damper and rubber house are designed. The optimized outside damper and rubber hose can decrease the exterior noise by 1.3 to 3.2 dB(A).
