目的：探讨盐酸右美托咪定在颅脑损伤患者术后镇静镇痛治疗中的应用效果及护理要点。方法回顾性分析2013年1－12月第四军医大学唐都医院收治的86例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料，所有患者术后均采用盐酸右美托咪定持续微量泵泵入治疗。结果86例患者中达满意镇静镇痛水平者77例，占895．3％；镇静镇痛不足者5例，占58．2％；过度镇静镇痛者4例，占46．5％。镇静镇痛治疗期间，患者的心率、血压、呼吸、血氧饱和度未见明显的变化。结论盐酸右美托咪定镇静镇痛效果良好，适用于颅脑损伤患者术后的治疗，可促进患者早日康复。
목적：탐토염산우미탁미정재로뇌손상환자술후진정진통치료중적응용효과급호리요점。방법회고성분석2013년1－12월제사군의대학당도의원수치적86례로뇌손상환자적림상자료，소유환자술후균채용염산우미탁미정지속미량빙빙입치료。결과86례환자중체만의진정진통수평자77례，점895．3％；진정진통불족자5례，점58．2％；과도진정진통자4례，점46．5％。진정진통치료기간，환자적심솔、혈압、호흡、혈양포화도미견명현적변화。결론염산우미탁미정진정진통효과량호，괄용우로뇌손상환자술후적치료，가촉진환자조일강복。
Objective To explore the effect and nursing key points of the application of hydrochloric acid dexmedetomidine postoperatively in patients with craniocerebral injury .Methods Clinical data of 86 cases were analyzed retrospectively ,all patients were treated with hydrochloric acid dexmedetomidine after sur-gery .Results There were 77 cases achieved satisfied sedation level ,which accounted for 89 5.3% ;calm defi-ciencies occurred in 5 cases ,w hich accounted for 5 8.2% ;excessive sedation occurred in 4 cases ,accounted for 4 6.5% .The patient’s heart rate ,blood pressure ,respiration ,blood oxygen saturation during sedation an-algesia treatment showed no obvious changes .Conclusion Hydrochloric acid dexmedetomidine has good sedation analgesia effect ,which suitable for the treatment after traumatic brain injury surgery and promote the early rehabilitation of patients .
