目的：探讨静脉麻醉下经支气管超声内镜引导下针吸活检术（endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration ，EBUS-TBNA）的配合及护理要点。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年3月至2014年8月，第二军医大学长海医院呼吸内科收治的341例行静脉麻醉下EBUS-TBNA术患者的临床资料。结果341例患者均顺利完成检查，共1023针穿刺716个部位，取材满意率为994．1％，麻醉苏醒时间为1～10 m in ，未发生与手术相关的并发症。结论围术期的精心护理、术中熟练的配合和细致的病情观察，是静脉麻醉下EBUS-TBNA顺利检查成功的重要保证。

Objective To investigate cooperation and nursing key points of painless EBUS-TBNA opera-tion .Methods Clinical data of 341 patients who underwent EBUS-TBNA were analyzed retrospectively .Re-sults All 341 patients had successful examination ,and the satisfaction rate was 99 4.1% .Awakening time of anesthesia was between 1 min to 10 min ,with no surgical-rilated complications .Conclusion Thoughtful nursing ,excellent operative cooperation and close observation are the important guarantee of the successful examination of EBUS-TBNA .
