本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对多元化全民健身服务模式进行了初步探讨，研究认为：多元化全民健身服务主要存在公共服务模式和市场服务模式两种基本模式；多元化全民健身服务体系中以政府公共服务模式为主导，多种供给形式并存；并探讨了政府在多元化服务模式中的作用和主要职责。

This article makes an initical exploration to the diversity of national fitness system model by the method of literature and logical analysis ,The study indicates that Public Sports and services can be divided in arrangements,production and supply . There are two basic modles of the diverse national fitness service public service model and market service model :public service model and market service model.In the diverse national fitness servicesystem ,the main part is the government’s public service model ,coexisting with multiple forms of supply ,and discuss the government’s role and main obligation in the diverse service modle.
