目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年6月至2014年6月我院妇产科收治的128例产后出血患者临床资料，其中64例使用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗患者为研究组，64例采用常规治疗患者做为对照组。比较分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率98．44％明显高于对照组82．81％，差异显著，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），且两组患者均无死亡病例。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇是一种强效且安全的宫缩剂，具有止血迅速，可靠安全，高效方便等优点，值得进一步推广。
목적：탐토잡전렬소안정삼순치료산후출혈적림상료효。방법회고성분석2013년6월지2014년6월아원부산과수치적128례산후출혈환자림상자료，기중64례사용잡전렬소안정삼순치료환자위연구조，64례채용상규치료환자주위대조조。비교분석량조치료효과。결과연구조총유효솔98．44％명현고우대조조82．81％，차이현저，구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），차량조환자균무사망병례。결론잡전렬소안정삼순시일충강효차안전적궁축제，구유지혈신속，가고안전，고효방편등우점，치득진일보추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of romethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Meth-ods The clinical data of 128 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed,who were ? in hospital from 2013 June to 2014 June, including 64 cases treated by romethamine? as study group, 64 cases of patients with conventional treat-ment as control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of study group 98. 44%was significantly higher than that of control group 82.81%,with statistical significance difference, (P <0.05), and there were no deaths in the two groups.Conclusion Romethamine is a potent and safe tocolytic agents, with rapid hemostasis, safe and reliable, the advantages of high efficiency and convenient, worthy of further promotion.
