目的:分析并了解职业生涯早期文职护士职业成熟度他评量表的应用情况。方法2012年10-12月,采用自行编制的职业生涯早期文职护士职业成熟度他评和自评量表对北京、石家庄、天津等地3所军队三级甲等医院的253名文职护士进行调查,并分析影响因素。结果文职护士职业成熟度他评量表的总均分为(34.8±05.5)分,自评量表的总均分为(41.3±04.8)分;不同学历、职称文职护士职业成熟度的差异均有统计学意义(均 P<00.1),不同年龄段文职护士职业成熟度的差异无统计学意义(P>00.5);文职护士职业成熟度他评与自评各维度间均无相关性(均 P>00.5)。结论职业生涯早期文职护士职业成熟度水平不高,职业成熟度因学历、职称的不同而产生差异,职业生涯早期文职护士职业成熟度他评量表具有较高的科学性和实用价值。

Objective To analyze the application progress of others-rating version career maturity rating scale for civilian nurses in early career stage .Methods Totally 253 civilian nurses in their early career stage were selected and investigated by using the others-rating version and self-rating version of career maturity rating scales ,and the influencing factors were analyzed .Results The total score of others-rating version career maturity rating scale was (3 4.8 ± 0 5.5) ,and (4 1.3 ± 0 4.8)on self-rating version .There were statistical significance showed between different education background and professional title in career maturity (all P<0 0.1) ,while no difference showed between different aged nurses (P>0 0.5) .The each dimension in others-rating version and self-rating version showed no significant correlationship (all P>0 0.5) .Conclusion The professional maturity level of civilian nurses in early career stage is not high ,and influenced by education background and professional title .The others-rating version of career maturity rating scale for civilian nurses in early career stage has a relatively high sci-entificity and practice value .
