目的：探讨将E-Learning平台应用于门诊急救管理培训中的方法及效果。方法2013年10月至2014年4月，华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院门诊建立E-Learning平台，并将其应用于门诊急救管理的培训中，比较应用前后门诊各科室对急救药品、急救物品以及急救技术的管理水平。结果建立并应用 E-Learning平台后，门诊各科室的急救技术、急救药品、急救物品的管理水平较应用前均有所提高，差异均有统计学意义（均 P＜00．5）。结论 E-Learning平台的应用使门诊医护人员的学习不受时空限制，能够更方便地获取和分享高质量的信息资源，激发了学习兴趣，有利于提高门诊工作人员的急救技术和对急救物品的管理水平。

목적：탐토장E-Learning평태응용우문진급구관리배훈중적방법급효과。방법2013년10월지2014년4월，화중과기대학동제의학원부속동제의원문진건립E-Learning평태，병장기응용우문진급구관리적배훈중，비교응용전후문진각과실대급구약품、급구물품이급급구기술적관리수평。결과건립병응용 E-Learning평태후，문진각과실적급구기술、급구약품、급구물품적관리수평교응용전균유소제고，차이균유통계학의의（균 P＜00．5）。결론 E-Learning평태적응용사문진의호인원적학습불수시공한제，능구경방편지획취화분향고질량적신식자원，격발료학습흥취，유리우제고문진공작인원적급구기술화대급구물품적관리수평。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of E-Learning platform in emergency management of outpatient clinics .Methods We established the E-Learning platform and applied it into the training of e-mergency management of outpatient clinics .T he management level of emergency medication ,emergency kits and emergency technique were compared .Results The management level of emergency medication , emergency kits and emergency technique in clinic after the application of E-Learning platform were signifi-cantly improved(all P<0 0.5) .Conclusion The E-Learning platform provides clinical medical staffs with no space and time limitation to study ,and with more convenience to acquire and share the high-quality in-formatics resource ,and it can also encourages them to be interested in learning .Besides ,it benefits to en-hance medical staff’ emergency practice skills as well as capability of handling the emergency medication and kits .
