目的：探讨去分支技术治疗胸腹主动脉瘤的围术期护理方法，以减少并发症的发生，提高手术的成功率。方法回顾性分析并总结2007年8月至2013年3月，第二军医大学长海医院收治的7例采用去分支技术治疗胸腹主动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果7例患者均手术顺利，术后随访2年，2例患者术后出现左肾动脉闭塞肾衰竭，1例患者术后3d发生弥散性血管内凝血（disseminated intravascular coagulation ，DIC），1例患者发生Ⅲ型内漏。结论术前精心的护理准备、术中器械护士熟练默契的配合、术后细致有效的监测和护理是手术成功的关键。
목적：탐토거분지기술치료흉복주동맥류적위술기호리방법，이감소병발증적발생，제고수술적성공솔。방법회고성분석병총결2007년8월지2013년3월，제이군의대학장해의원수치적7례채용거분지기술치료흉복주동맥류환자적림상자료。결과7례환자균수술순리，술후수방2년，2례환자술후출현좌신동맥폐새신쇠갈，1례환자술후3d발생미산성혈관내응혈（disseminated intravascular coagulation ，DIC），1례환자발생Ⅲ형내루。결론술전정심적호리준비、술중기계호사숙련묵계적배합、술후세치유효적감측화호리시수술성공적관건。
Objective To discuss the peroperative nursing experience of debranching technique for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm ,in order to reduce the incidence of complications ,and increase the operation success rate .Methods Clinical data of seven patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm treated by debranching technique between August 2007 to March 2013 were analyzed retrospectively .Re-sults All the operations were successfully performed .With two years of followed up ,two cases had renal dysfunction because of renal artery occlusion ,one patient has DIC three days after surgery ,and 1 case withⅢ type endoleak .Conclusion The thoughtful nursing preparation ,great cooperation with nurses ,effective monitoring and nursing after surgery are the keys to the success of operation .
