目的：观察健脾益气方联合卡培他滨治疗老年直肠肿瘤临床疗效。方法：将86例直肠癌患者随机分为两组，治疗组44例，对照组42例，对照组采用卡培他滨治疗，每次剂量为1250 mg／m2，给药2次。3周为1个周期。治疗组在此基础上接受健脾益气方。结果：治疗组的客观有效率与对照组的无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。治疗组的疾病控制率与对照组的无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。治疗组1年生存率与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。治疗组2年生存率与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。两组消化道毒性反应0度例数有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：健脾益气方可以提高患者生存率，减少消化道毒性反应。健脾益气方联合卡培他滨治疗老年直肠癌脾虚湿阻型具有一定的疗效。

목적：관찰건비익기방연합잡배타빈치료노년직장종류림상료효。방법：장86례직장암환자수궤분위량조，치료조44례，대조조42례，대조조채용잡배타빈치료，매차제량위1250 mg／m2，급약2차。3주위1개주기。치료조재차기출상접수건비익기방。결과：치료조적객관유효솔여대조조적무통계학차이（P＞0．05）。치료조적질병공제솔여대조조적무통계학차이（P＞0．05）。치료조1년생존솔여대조조유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。치료조2년생존솔여대조조유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。량조소화도독성반응0도례수유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론：건비익기방가이제고환자생존솔，감소소화도독성반응。건비익기방연합잡배타빈치료노년직장암비허습조형구유일정적료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yiqi prescription combined with capecitabine in the treat-ment of elderly rectal cancer .Methods:86 cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups .There were 44 cases in the treatment group and 42 patients in the control group .Patients in the control group were treated by capecitabine 1 250mg/m2 for two times.Three weeks were taken as a course .In the treatment group patients received Jianpi Yiqi prescription on the basis of the therapy in the control group .Results: The objective efficiency rate in the treatment group had no significant difference compared with that in the control group ( P>0 .05 ) .The disease control rate in the treatment group had no significant difference compared with that in the control group ( P>0 .05 ) .One-year survival rate in the treatment group had a significant difference compared with that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Two-year survival rate in the treatment group had a significant difference compared with that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The cases of digestive toxicity O level between the treatment group and the control group had a significant differ -ence (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi prescription can improve the survival rate and reduce the digestive toxicity . Jianpi Yiqi prescription combined with capecitabine in the treatment of elderly colorectal cancer with spleen deficiency and dampness type has a certain effect .
