In the age of the university education transformation and the deepening of reform,the ordinary university teacher's role is also changing. This paper proposes that a qualified teacher should have a noble morality and sincere education emotion,should continue to reform in teaching,should work creatively in education and should do well the scientific research to complement teaching and scientific research. As long as the teachers do well in teaching and studying at the same time,they must become a qualified university teacher.
