目的：探讨通心络胶囊联合西医常规用药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法：将90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组（45例）和治疗组（45例），两组均根据患者的实际情况给予常规西药进行治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用通心络胶囊，比较两组患者的临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、血液流变学指标变化等。结果：治疗后对照组临床总有效率为75．6％，治疗组为95．6％，治疗组较对照组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；两组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间较治疗前有显著性差异（P＜0．05），治疗组改善程度较对照组有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；两组患者的血液流变学指标较治疗前有显著性差异（P＜0．05），治疗组改善程度较对照组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：在常规西医治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者进行治疗，可显著改善患者的生理指标，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토통심락효낭연합서의상규용약치료불은정형심교통적효과。방법：장90례불은정형심교통환자수궤분위대조조（45례）화치료조（45례），량조균근거환자적실제정황급여상규서약진행치료，치료조재차기출상가용통심락효낭，비교량조환자적림상료효、심교통발작차수급지속시간、혈액류변학지표변화등。결과：치료후대조조림상총유효솔위75．6％，치료조위95．6％，치료조교대조조유현저성차이（P＜0．05）；량조환자심교통발작차수급지속시간교치료전유현저성차이（P＜0．05），치료조개선정도교대조조유현저성차이（ P＜0．05）；량조환자적혈액류변학지표교치료전유현저성차이（P＜0．05），치료조개선정도교대조조유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론：재상규서의치료적기출상가용통심락효낭대불은정형심교통환자진행치료，가현저개선환자적생리지표，제고림상치료효과。
Objective:To study Tongxinluo capsules combined with routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris , and to provide reference for clinic .Methods:Select 90 cases of unstable angina patients ,and they were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases) and a treatment group (45 cases).Two groups according to the actual situation were given conventional western medicine treatment ,and the treatment group was added by Tongxin-luo capsules .The clinical efficacy , the number of attacks and the duration , blood rheology changes were observed .Re-sults:In the control group after treatment ,the total effective rate was 75 .6%,and in the treatment group it was 95 .6%, and the treatment group had a significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0 .05 );in two groups among the patients the angina attack frequency and duration were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P<0 .05 ) group ,and the degree of improvement in the treatment group had a significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0 .05 );blood rheology index of patients in two groups was higher than that before treatment and there was a signifi -cant difference (P<0.05);the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly different compared with that the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Based on the conventional western medicine treatment ,Tongxinluo cap-sules for patients with unstable angina pectoris have a significant effect ,and have a good treatment efficacy ,which have a great clinical significance .
