Emergency relief is one of the most important measures to the interlock and protection of hydrogenation unit , combined with practical engineering experience, this paper introduces the process of hydrogenation emergency relief, at the same time in order to limit flow orifice as a representative of traditional emergency plan and appeared in recent years, using process control valve emergency plan to do analysis and comparison of reference for the future hydrogenation unit.
