针对开采过程中低渗透储层的孔隙结构制约原油采收率的问题,根据实验结果建立汇流通道模型,基于Young-Laplace 修正后的Navier-Stokes 动量方程,应用有限体积法分析了水驱油时汇流孔隙中流体的流动行为变化.模拟结果表明:汇流夹角对驱油效率的影响很大,汇流通道夹角为60 °时驱油过程中的阻力系数最小,驱油平稳.增大或减小汇流通道的夹角,会使流体形成不连续的液滴.

This paper is aimed at the problem of pore structure controlling the oil recovery in low permeability reser-voir. A micro-scale confluence channel is built according to the experimental results,and the water driving oil process is then simulated using a finite volume method based on the Navier-Stokes momentum equation modified by Young-Laplace. The simulation results show that confluence angle has a great influence on oil displacement ef-ficiency. When the confluence angle is 60°,the resistance coefficient is the smallest and the flow state is the most stable. Increasing or decreasing the angle of the flow channel may cause the fluid to appear discontinuous.
