目的:初步鉴定兰考泡桐花中的化学成分,为该植物的药效物质基础研究提供数据支持。方法:运用液相色谱与四级杆飞行时间质谱联用技术(LC/QTOF-MS/MS),以0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙腈( B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,在正离子模式下分析。结果:本研究从兰考泡桐花中共鉴定出12个化合物,其中通过与标准品的保留时间和化合物的特征碎片的比对,准确鉴定出5个化合物,分别为芦丁、野漆树苷、木犀草素、芹菜素和熊果酸。另外,通过标准品总结出的裂解规律及相关文献报道,初步鉴定出7个黄酮类成分。结论:本研究基于LC-QTOF/MS的方法对兰考泡桐花所含化学成分进行了表征,为泡桐属的同类植物的物质基础研究提供了有益参考。

목적:초보감정란고포동화중적화학성분,위해식물적약효물질기출연구제공수거지지。방법:운용액상색보여사급간비행시간질보련용기술(LC/QTOF-MS/MS),이0.1%갑산수(A)-을정( B)위류동상,제도세탈,재정리자모식하분석。결과:본연구종란고포동화중공감정출12개화합물,기중통과여표준품적보류시간화화합물적특정쇄편적비대,준학감정출5개화합물,분별위호정、야칠수감、목서초소、근채소화웅과산。령외,통과표준품총결출적렬해규률급상관문헌보도,초보감정출7개황동류성분。결론:본연구기우LC-QTOF/MS적방법대란고포동화소함화학성분진행료표정,위포동속적동류식물적물질기출연구제공료유익삼고。
Objective:To identify the compounds in Paulownia elongata flower preliminarily and provide data to support the study on the effective material basis of this herb .Methods:Liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ioniza-tion quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry ( LC/ESI-QTOF-MS/MS) was performed in the positive mode to analyze the compounds in the extracts of Paulownia elongata flower .The mobile phase consisted of water with 0.1% formic acid ( A) and acetonitrile ( B) using a gradient elution .Results:12 compounds (11 flavonoids and 1 ur-solic acid) were selectively identified in Paulownia elongata flower .Five compounds were unambiguously identified by comparing with the reference compounds and 7 compounds were tentatively identified or deduced according to their MS /MS data .Conclusion:Logical fragmentation pathways for flavonoids and ursolic acid have been proposed and are useful for the identification of these types of compounds in paulownia plants especially in the case of no chemical reference com -pounds .
