科氏质量流量传感器(Coriolis Mass Flowmeter,简称CMF)是高精度直接敏感流体质量流量的多参数测量仪表,精度高,重复性好。随着质量流量计的广泛应用,用户逐渐开始关注外界因素产生的测量误差,其中流体温度对测量精度的影响是用户关注的主要误差之一。本文从科氏质量流量计的敏感机理出发,建立流量计的灵敏度模型,并依据材料的弹性模量随温度变化的模型,建立了流量计的灵敏度和温度的补偿模型。改造现有的静态称重法质量流量计标定装置,对建模的流量计进行精度与流体温度的实验研究。理论与实验结果表明:科氏质量流量计随着流体温度的升高,将产生正向的测量误差,误差与温度的关系为二次曲线关系,在特定的温度范围内,可以简化为直线关系;利用论文研究的温度补偿模型,流量计从未补偿时的温度与精度关系+0.05347%/℃降低为补偿后的-0.00625%/℃,补偿效果显著。

Coriolis mass flowmeter (called CMF) is a high-precision fluid mass flow directly sensitive and multi-parameter measuring instruments, high accuracy and good reproducibility. With the wide application of mass flowmeter, the user gradually began to focus on the measurement error generated by external factors, which the fluid temperature influence on the measurement accuracy is a major concern of user error. From sensing mechanism Coriolis mass flowmeter, establishes flowmeter sensitivity model, and based on the elastic modulus of the material changes with temperature model, the establishment of the flowmeter sensitivity and temperature compensation model. By retrofitting existing mass flowmeter static weighing method calibration device, the experimental study of the precision and fluid temperature is made for the modeling flowmeter. Theoretical and experimental results show that: Coriolis mass flowmeter as the fluid temperature rises, the relationship will have a positive measurement error, the error is 2 times the temperature curve relationship, within a specific temperature range, it can be reduced to a linear relationship ; the use of temperature compensation model thesis, the relationship between temperature and the accuracy of the meter uncompensated error +0.05347% / ℃ reduced to compensated error -0.00625% / ℃, the compensation effect is remarkable.
