以白酒为原料,对甲醇测定条件进行优化,建立甲醇分析条件.实验结果表明:最佳色谱条件为即载气流速1.00 mL/min,柱温6℃/min,气化温度300℃,氢气流量28 mL/min,检测器温度300℃.线性方程为 y =66.209x +1.7125,r =0.9996,最小检出限为0.41mg/L,日内精密度2.07%,日间精密度2.40%,样品加标回收率为83.88%~94.53%.该方法适用于白酒中甲醇含量的测定,测得10个白酒样品中甲醇的含量4.18~66.97 mg/L 之间.

This research uses the capillary -column gas chromatograph to optimize the determination conditions for the methanol content in liquor.The experimental results show that the optimal chromatographic condition for the carrier gas flow rate is 1.00 mL/min.,the column temperature 6 ℃ /min,the gasification temperature 300 ℃,the hydrogen flow 28 mL/min,and the detector′s temperature 300 ℃.The linear equation is y =66.209x +1.712 5, r =0.999 6,the minimum detection limit is 0.41 mg/L,the within -day precision is 2.07%,the day -to -day precision is 2.40%,the recoveries of the spiked samples are 83.88%—94.53%,and the average recovery is 89.38%.The methanol contents of ten samples are between 4.18 mg/L and 66.97 mg/L.
