目的:评价神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)对中毒性脑病脑损伤的诊断价值。方法选择63例中毒性脑病患儿为观察组,根据GCS评分分为轻度组(n=22)、中度组(n=21)、重度组(n=20)3个亚组,另选择同期30例无神经系统疾病小儿为对照组,采用电化学发光法检测2组血清NSE水平并进行比较。结果观察组3个亚组血清NSE均高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度组、中度组、重度组在入院即刻与治疗后3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d血清NSE差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NSE与中毒性脑病脑损伤程度密切相关,动态监测利于判定中毒性脑病病情和预后,具有很高的诊断价值。

목적:평개신경원특이성희순화매(NSE)대중독성뇌병뇌손상적진단개치。방법선택63례중독성뇌병환인위관찰조,근거GCS평분분위경도조(n=22)、중도조(n=21)、중도조(n=20)3개아조,령선택동기30례무신경계통질병소인위대조조,채용전화학발광법검측2조혈청NSE수평병진행비교。결과관찰조3개아조혈청NSE균고우대조조(P<0.05);경도조、중도조、중도조재입원즉각여치료후3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d혈청NSE차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론NSE여중독성뇌병뇌손상정도밀절상관,동태감측리우판정중독성뇌병병정화예후,구유흔고적진단개치。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of neuron specificity enolization enzyme (NSE) for toxic encepha‐lopathy brain damage.Methods Sixty‐three cases of toxic encephalopathy were selected as observation group ,and were divided them into mild group (n=22) ,moderate group (n=21) ,severe group (n=20) according to GCS scores ,another children were choose as control group 30 cases without neurological disease at the same time. The electrochemical luminescence method was used to detect serum NSE levels of the two groups.Results The serum NSE levels of three subgroups in observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the levels of serum NSE in mild group ,moderate group and severe group on admission and after 3 ,5 ,7 and 14 days of treatment were significant different (P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion Neuron spe‐cific enolization enzyme (NSE) is closely related to the degree of brain damage toxic encephalopathy. Dynamic monitoring can help to determine the severity and prognosis of toxic encephalopathy ,and has a high diagnostic value.
