应急演练是提升危化品企业应急能力，降低企业风险的必要手段，提升企业化工安全管理水平的重要手段。文章对应急演练的目的和组织实施过程进行了回顾。结合实际情况，总结得到危化品企业在演练过程中存在演练方案设计盲目僵化、重“演”不重“练”、缺乏区域联动以及演练评估及总结模式化等误区，提出应通过强化方案策划及应急培训、实施无脚本、常态化演练、强化演练后的评估总结和预案改进追踪等对策措施来规避当前误区。

Emergency exercise is a crucial way, for hazardous chemical enterprises, to improve the emergency response capability, decrease the enterprise risks and improve the management level of chemical process safety. The aim of the emergency exercise and the organization/execution process were reviewed. On the basis of factual conditions, several mistakes were concluded, including the presence of blindness and inflexible of exercise program, more attention paid on the formalism rather than the quality of the emergency exercise, insufficiency of regional emergency exercise interactions, stereotyped assessment and summary after emergency exercise activity, etc. To avoid existing mistakes, several countermeasures were proposed for hazardous chemicals enterprises executing their emergency exercises. They were respectively optimizing the planning and training of exercise program, executing non-script emergency exercise on regular basis, strengthening the assessment and summary subsequent to the emergency exercise activity, continuous amendment and tracing of emergency plan, etc.
