Now, library has entered the era of big data owing to the rapid expansion of the internet, and been given more responsibility, which brought challenges to the librarians. Library is a department with readers oriented and should comprehensively improve service and serve the reader wholeheartedly. The librarians must adjust to the era of big data and elevate personal qualities from four parts covering search quotient, moral quotient, intelligence quotient and emotion quotient, to promote service quality and thereby enhance new vigor of library.
