天虹广场购物中心地下有3层,地上有5~7层,建筑高度28~39 m,钢筋混凝土框架结构,为复杂高层建筑. 上部结构设计中同时遇到扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板局部不连续、结构超长等问题,带来了抗震超限和超长结构设计的重大难题.通过结构抗震性能设计有效加强结构的薄弱点,验算温度的作用来采取相应的构造措施,使上述问题得到了有效的解决.
天虹廣場購物中心地下有3層,地上有5~7層,建築高度28~39 m,鋼觔混凝土框架結構,為複雜高層建築. 上部結構設計中同時遇到扭轉不規則、凹凸不規則、樓闆跼部不連續、結構超長等問題,帶來瞭抗震超限和超長結構設計的重大難題.通過結構抗震性能設計有效加彊結構的薄弱點,驗算溫度的作用來採取相應的構造措施,使上述問題得到瞭有效的解決.

Tianhong Plaza is a complex high-rise building with 3 floors underground, 5~7 overground floors, building height of 28~39m, and steel reinforced concrete frame structure. Such problems as torsional irregularity, concave convex irregularity, partial floor slab discontinuity and super-long structure are encountered simultaneously during the design of upper structure, which is a major problem for seismic overrun and super-long structure design. In this paper, the abovementioned problems have been effectively solved by adopting structure seismic-resistant performance design to enhance the weak pocket of structure and check on temperature, and take corresponding structure measures.
