随着网络技术的快速发展和高校学科建设的加强，高校图书馆需创新服务模式，开展学科服务。文章介绍了高校图书馆文献资源建设在学科服务中的重要性及学科资源建设的内容，进一步完善文献资源建设的相关措施。

Along with the development of information technology and the reinforcement of subject construction in higher colleges, higher college libraries should innovate on service models to carry out subject service. This paper made an introduction to the importance of constructing literature resource in subject service of university library and the concrete contents of subject resource construction,and presented some measures for perfecting literature resource construction.
