This paper presents a design of reactive power detection which uses DSP2812 as main control chip. As the case that symmetrical three phase load instantaneous reactive power equals to the average reactive power,by detecting three-phase voltage and current instantaneous value,we realized the real-timely and ac-curately calculate and detect of the reactive power with the instantaneous reactive power theory.Principles and algorithms used in this paper is simple and feasible for engineering,suitable for SVC and other reactive power industrial control systems which need quick calculation.
