北京三元绿荷有60多年奶牛养殖历史，近年来奶牛存栏量与牛奶产量不断增长，奶牛单产更是全国之最，是北京鲜奶供应的主要渠道，在北京占有相当重要的地位。同时，随着三元绿荷奶牛养殖规模不断发展，牛场粪污量逐渐增加，通过对部分牛场的调查数据，分析了三元绿荷粪污设施投资、配备及其处理利用状况。最后对三元绿荷在市场与环境双重压力下的牛场粪污处理方式的发展趋势进行了展望。

북경삼원록하유60다년내우양식역사，근년래내우존란량여우내산량불단증장，내우단산경시전국지최，시북경선내공응적주요거도，재북경점유상당중요적지위。동시，수착삼원록하내우양식규모불단발전，우장분오량축점증가，통과대부분우장적조사수거，분석료삼원록하분오설시투자、배비급기처리이용상황。최후대삼원록하재시장여배경쌍중압력하적우장분오처리방식적발전추세진행료전망。
Beijing Sanyuan Luhe has 60 years of history of dairy farming, dairy cattle and milk production have grown in recent years, the milk yield per dairy cattle is the most in China, is the main channel of Beijing milk supply, and occupies an important position in Beijing. Based on the survey data of some cattle farms belonging to Sanyuan Luhe, this paper analyzed its treatment investment status, facilities and the treatment and usage of manure. Finally, under the dual pressures of the market and the environment, the trend of cattle manure processing was discussed.
