随着海峡两岸经济往来不断发展,对海上客滚船的运输要求持续增长.为探究新建客滚船的主尺度和适航性,首先分析台湾海峡海上客货滚装运输状况,指出开发与建造新型客滚船的必要性,然后再分析两岸主要港口情况,选择合适的港口与航线确定航速,借鉴目前渤海湾地区大型客滚船的载运能力,拟定两岸通航客滚船载运能力、车道长度、航速,给出适航于两岸的客滚船主尺度.以海峡海况统计数据为条件进行适航性计算,针对具体适航性指标要求,计算摇荡固有周期和运动幅频响应算子,进行适航性分析,给出满载吃水下不同海域的海况对应能够达到的航速值,并对目前两岸客滚船船长范围提出建议.

With the development of cross-strait economy between mainland China and Taiwan, the demand for Ro/Pax transportation keeps increasing. In order to explore the principal dimensions and navigability of the newbuilding of Ro/Pax, this paper first analyzes the ro/ro transportation situation along the Taiwan Strait and points out the necessity of developing and building new types of Ro/Pax ships, and then analyzes the situation of major ports on both sides of the strait. The paper determines the ship speed through selecting proper ports and routes, and studies out the carrying capacity of the cross-strait Ro/Pax, the length of lanes and ship speed. The principal dimensions are proposed by referring to the carrying capacities of current large Ro/Pax ships operating in the Bohai Bay. The navigability calculation is performed based on thestatistical data of sea conditions of the strait. According to the specific navigability requirements, the roll and pitch natural periods and motion response amplitude operators are calculated. The navigability analysis is also made in the paper to find the speeds corresponding to sea conditions in different sea areas at full load draft of the ship. Besides some suggestions are made in terms of the length range for the current cross-strait Ro/Pax.
