Taking aluminum melting features in aluminum process as an entry point, this paper makes an analysis on classification and composition of hot aluminum slag, introduces three kinds of treatment process and equipments of hot aluminum slag, which are rotary slag drying and screening, pressing, crushing and screening, and high speed agitating and screening, and clear up their application scope in combination with their merits and demerits.
