主要介绍局放检测技术在10kV开关柜故障检测中的应用。采用地电波(TEV)局放检测、超高频局放检测、超声波局放检测等方法对开关柜进行检测，并定位在601、603开关电缆进线室为局放异常发生部位，申请停电后发现601进线电缆因施工原因造成三相反转交叉，B、C相电缆接触部分23绝缘胶带击穿烧蚀、大片区域发白破损有明显放电痕迹，应力锥交接处存在污渍及空隙，A相应力锥有部分烧蚀痕迹。停电检查结果验证了局放检测的正确性，为10kV开关柜故障检测积累了经验。

Mainly introduces the application of PD detection technology in fault detection of 10kV switchgear cabinet.Using electrica l(TEV)bureau of discharge detection,the UHF partial discharge detection,supersonic partial discharge test method of switch cabinet were detected,and positioning in 601,603 switch cable into the wire room PD anomaly location and application after the blackout found 601 inlet cable due to construc-tion of the reasons caused by phase reversal intercrossing,B,C phase cable contact portions 23 insulating tape breakdown ablation,large areas of white damage obvious signs of discharge,stains and gap exists,a corresponding stress cone is partial y ablated traces of stress cone junction.The power failure check results verify the correctness of the PD detection,and accumulate the experience for the fault detection of 10kV switchgear cabinet.
