在工业生产的许多工艺过程中，如真空过滤、真空脱气、真空蒸馏、真空吸液、真空浓缩、真空干燥、真空冶炼等，水环泵得到广泛的应用。通过对水环式真空泵工作原理的介绍，说明了水环液补水方法，及气水分离器和换热器在水环液流量节约方面的应用，重点分析了影响真空泵工作能力，如水环液介质的选择、水环液流量的大小，水环液的温度，真空辅助系统，最后对真空泵的一些常见故障和启停注意事项作了简单说明。

In many industrial production processes, such as vacuum filter, vacuum degassing, vacuum distillation, vacuum suction, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum smelting, water ring pumps are widely used. Through the introduction about the water ring vacuum pump working principle, the way of replenishing for water ring, the application of gas water separator and heat exchanger in saving the water ring liquid flow were introduced, analysis of the affect of working ability about vacuum pumps, such as selecting of the water ring liquid medium, water ring liquid flow rate, the temperature of water ring liquid, and some auxiliary system, was emphasized on. A brief description about vacuum pump faults was given, and some tips when start up or stop a water ring vacuum pump were provided.
